This type of statement needs to stop. None of you have the pressure of hundreds of thousands of people criticizing your every move at work, it's not a comparable thing.

I'm not trying to make an excuse for BH to leave before the alma mater or make a cryptic remark on Twitter about the program , I'm simply saying that the level of criticism is pure insanity. It's completely irrational

Not a single comment attacks Brandon personally, its all about the product he's putting on the field.
It's Miles who turned this into a media circus by waiting to the point where the whole world is watching and screaming for him to do something.
Turn in your man card.

That's what I said.

People need to shut the frick bashing or get the frick out already.

He doesn't deserve that shite from his own fan base.

I don't know how I would handle that, especially being 20 years old. It's one thing from another fan base, but it's really hurtful coming from the fans of your own school.

People continue to try to make him out to be a villain and always have.. From day one he has been trashed, whether it was he doesn't know the playbook, or someone didn't like how he was simply joking with his teammates at fan day.. Enough is enough already. And frick Moscona (sp) for even making more of a story than needs to be. It's time people stop turning on Harris. His own teammates have said he was supportive. This fan base pisses me off. When I read he wasn't supporting teammates and he was being disrespectful.. I had to go and rewatch the tape..

When he got benched.. HE WAS STANDING UP SUPPORTING HIS TEAMMATES. fricking jackasses. That very initial drive. That shows character. It showed so much character that the commentators even made mention of how great a teammate he was for it! Which was a far cry from the shite I read from people on here. Even Etling said he was supportive. So just stop.. So what if later in the game he didn't look too thrilled.. He had class when it mattered. Then people try to say ohhh Fournette's pissed because his boy got benched. Just STFU, They both want to be out on that field. They are competitors. Fournette supports his team. They are all his boys. What is with the constant division in today's time. It's like you must pick one side.. They play for the same fricking team assholes.

I am actual impressed by how Harris has handled it. So what if he treated good decision to follow God to a player who transferred. I'd be frustrated to when I saw my own fan base making crying memes of me. Why would I want to play for such a fan base of assholes. Be better than that. That's shite you should expect from other schools. Not from LSU.

If he was in the league this year and doing poor he would be criticized as a man yet being in college makes him a kid? People don't call 18 year old men and and women in the military serving their country kids, so why is it a 20 year old playing football is a kid.

If you are old enough to serve your country and be out on your own, you are no longer a kid. As others have said, these players are coddled from the time they show promise in sports and put on a pedestal. They can have all the good but none of the bad that comes with playing football.

I think the grown men who can't handle their feelings about the results of a football game, and have to lash out at college student to let those feelings out, are the true pussies.

It's like at your job, if customers are upset at the manager because the fry cook is not doing well, and he finally gets demoted to bus boy, the customers don't follow him around telling him he sucks. No, they just try to enjoy the fries you are now cooking for them.

Nobody is lashing out at Harris personally. That's what you fail to understand

Its useless to try with this kid. He is in full blown defense mode and is attacking posters irrationally. Careful, he'll lash out at you next.

Ok smart arse, then how about you give us your real name and put the webcam on at your work to observe you for a few hours and then we can all get on social media and talk about what a fricktard you are tough guy!

apples and oranges. Surely you get that.

Most of our jobs aren't public. No one sees what we do other than our bosses, colleagues, and customers.

LSU football players know that nearly everything they do will be done in a very public forum, with 100,000 watching in the stadium and millions more on TV.

These are sweeping generalities, and you don't really know if this is true.

Again, my points are not about BH being a man, child, or military age. My point is about perspective, and the lack of it that some of the complainers have.

Why is it a grown mans job to "toughen up" a college football player(only used for perspective) over social media?

HE GOT BENCHED. Fans got what they wanted. Grow the frick up

And you are a supposed grown man wrapped up in two words, and a jog that a 20 year old took.

I know this doesn't apply to all, not BH either, but when you project your top 10 2 years before signing day, and then retweet it, then tweet a new top 10, then tweet again that you've narrowed it down to 5, then choose a school, then tweet that you're reopening your recruitment, you're going to bring a lot of backlash upon yourself. Get used it. You wanted the spotlight, don't back down from it or shun it if it's shining too bright for you.

100% truth right here. Reason and objectivity are being drowned out by the screaming masses of ignorant extremists, everywhere you go.

We actually have posters calling each other pussy for having a difference of opinion about how to handle personal attacks on our team's players. The hypocrisy on this board is so far over some people's heads it's unreal.
