LSU players still have a lot of respect for Canni. Not sure there's much bad blood there. But if PM gets thrown out for some reason at the end of a game we're losing and we come back to win, I swear to take back every negative comment I've ever said about him.

Can we hire Mason Katz as a volunteer assistant for the weekend? Benches would clear if he's involved.

He's available. The Cardinals released him at the end of April.

All I can tell you is use some critical thinking. It really wasn't that hard to sniff out that was bullshite, bro.

I'm pretty shocked an article like this would be written. Luke Johnson had mentioned that Delly would be back on the baseball page this week. Love Delly.

(it was a good story though, BS quotes aside, which I'm not blaming Delly for)

Damn. I hadn't heard that. Maybe he can replace Ochinko as undergraduate assistant next year since Sean graduated last week.

What I do know, and care about, is that Andy will have State pumped the frick up to beat LSU and Paul. I see this series possibly getting a little chippy...which would be even better baseball this weekend.

State always gets up to play LSU. and since the SEC West is on the line, and maybe more, it would be a better idea for Andy to try to downplay the series to his players. baseball is not football.

I'd rather this and the guy just do a good job of reporting over that trash we got from Rome.

Which is why I thought Luke meant Dellenger would just being doing some digging on State in general.

That was one of my first thoughts when I saw that. I thought he may have graduated though since he stayed 4 years, but google news is not coming up with any articles mentioning it.

Where does that rank on the list of things that make him a bad baseball beat writer?

I guess that's why PM promoted Gibbs, to show them he could do it his way.
Only time will tell.
