This is not something we're used to I'll say that. I remember Miami last year filled their entire class early with a bunch of 3 stars and they stayed 3 stars. I hope that's not our game plan

Maybe the coaches don't have them as 3 star recruits. Who knows football better, Aranda or some guy working for an internet publication?

The best defensive player in LSU history was a 3 star dumb arse.
It's called learning to evaluate talent. Also it's early which means those 3 stars will probably gain a 4th star and some maybe even a 5th .

These three star guys always become 4 star guys after camps and senior season . And the ones who don't Make the grade in the coachs opinions end up issuing statements about " thanks to Lsu but I've decided to move on" and then they sign with Tech or Oklahoma State or something and their slot is filled with a kid that people get all excited about. That never changes just like panicky " our recruiting sucks threads in march" never change.

When we have a lot of three star commits they usually have big time offers and it means the coaches are doing great evaluations
