Mett NOT practicing with team for bowl prep

Got a call from a friend who's neighbors with a coach. Can't get all the paperwork done in time. He's all good for enrolling for the Spring semester and being here for those practices though.

Did you guys just want him Learning Crowtons offense or did you want him to play.
I dont mind him practicing getting used to thing s but hoenstly if and i pray so crowton isnt going to be here thats useless adn also if he isnt going to play it doesnt hurt him . I am sure if Miles wants he can ride with teh team and be preent for everything and watch and learn.

Exactly, this doesn't really hurt us at all, especially if we have a new OC after January 7th. I honestly don't want Crowton touching him

Yea I dropped em around the same time, but a buddy forwarded the Tigerbait text to me saying he won't be in for bowl practices.

He couldn't practice with the team until after January, I believe.
And I think it had to be on campus. We are leaving for bowl prep in Dallas the week of the game, so I don't see how he was going to practice anyway.
As far as Mike being on top of this one goes, I hear he was actually quite instrumental in bringing Mettenberger to the attention of the staff. TIFWIW.

yeah i heard something happened down here like something was stolen from him or he stold something but like you said it was some otehr stuff going on.
I also heard he was asked to move to Linebacker or red shirt. whatever it was he moved his stuff away then went to okie state and got kicked out for something else, Bad scent around that kid, something really stinks.

First, Why do we always seem to have problems with kids enrolling at LSU and the NCAA? It seems like they are out for us or something.
Second, I don't see Crowton going anywhere. We won 10 games so Miles won't fire him and no one will hire him away from us.

Dexter Pratt was supposed to be an early enrollee and arrived in Baton Rouge only to find that there wasnt enough room for him to enroll. He was told he needed to enroll during the summer I guess after he arrived. The coaches had him stay at a current players house on the couch where he had his wallet, cell phone, and other belongings stolen from him. The head coach at Navasota sent another coach up there to pick him up and bring him home. Then he decommitted from LSU and committed to Okie St.
Then he got arrested for some weed and got kicked off the Okie St team.

Patrick Johnson at the time almost didnt get in. Had to change his last name and everything. (J/K) but i know he was a late enrty preveneted him from starting his entire freshman year. he didnt start till later that season.

Maybe the compliance office at LSU is doing their due diligence because of a certain JC transfer from last year that has a lot of ?????????????? around him...
