Revealed his top 5 and LSU is of course one of those schools. Along with some other Powerhouse schools. However, he is wearing #7 which seems vaguely ominous, but I could be reading too much into it.
However, in the future I could see #7 becoming a jersey # that is special for LSU, and whoever wears it has to be one of if not the best player on the team.

I cannot wait for the season to begin. Various predictions having the Tigers from NCs to fifth in the west. Now this #7 business and so many others too numerous to mention. The "dog days" of summer I guess.

I didn't say Malik would be wearing #7 if he joined the Tigers. I simply meant he might be showing his hand of his favorite team at this point. Like I said it's a maybe but I found it interesting.
