Wait so you would not let an young man falsely accused of a crime play football on scholarship? WTF is wrong with you people.

What if it didn't go down as forced? Is he then not a POS anymore? B/c according to you he is a POS no matter if it was forced or not.

There hasn't been one denial of him getting head from a 14yr old. That is illegal in LA. Sorry

but in J. Hill's case he and another boy forced the girl to go down on him/them.
As a father of a now 14 year old girl.... if a HS senior forced himself on her or into an "oral battery" situation.
You seem to be certain about an awful lot in this case. So did these two force the girl to behave the same way with other males in other situations? Did these two force the girl to brag about it to her friends?
Were you also present in Kobe Bryant's Colorado hotel room?

the LAW would be the least of that that dude's issues... b/c the sherrif's office would get to deal with this kid AFTER I was finished with him... and "simple battery" probably wouldn't describe what I'd probably do to him.... call me whatever... but TX law is pretty liberal on use of force on my propery... so the POS better not step on my lawn or he may not leave in one piece.
Would you still feel this way if the girl was a willing participant?

Was the law broken? I'm sorry but there is no gray area here. if he broke the law and was caught.?
His punishment will probably be reduced if this is the case. And I'm all about giving the guy his shot on the field. I will wait to pass judgment until there is a hearing.

Doesn't matter. According to the law she is a minor. Therefor cannot consent to sexual conduct.

Good God not this again!
I could have missed this, but did it come out that he and the other cat pressured or forced her?

No one said RAPE. But when you pressure a minor into preforming a sexual act against her will its fricked up and AGAINST THE LAW.

According to this article, yes.
quote:
Redemptorist High School running back Jeremy Hill, 18, faces a sexual assault charge. According to the Baton Rouge Police Department, Hill and another student, Avery Tate II, pressured a 14-year-old girl to perform oral sex.

Forced or not, its criminal. If it wasn't forced, I think the kid made a mistake and it may be forgivable. Just not at LSU on scholarship. I can't believe this is up for discussion. I understand that some of you don't think it should be a crime, tough shite, it is. If he got caught with a bag of weed there wouldn't be an argument and he would not be getting a look from LSU. Yet, an 18yr old man being with a 14 yr old girl and you're jumping through hoops to save the man's rep and ruin the girl's. fuctup

LSU can't make any statements regarding recruits until Feb. 3rd. Before then it would be up to the recruit to announce that his scholarship offer has been revoked.
That being said, I have a hard time believing Les Miles as the father of two girls would be too pleased by this development, and I'd imagine his wife isn't too thrilled either.

Guys lets get real here. Hill is not coming to LSU, no way no how! Even if this is dropped, even if the charges are reduced. He is not coming here. Just my opinion.

I'm just pushing for everyone to have some patience in all of this. In lieu of his rep getting ruined when it shouldn't be. Or maybe it should be. How can the girl's rep be ruined when the news doesn't publish her info (not that they need to). But this is one of those situations that since Hill was accused of it then he is automatically guilty, without a second thought by most of you. Those Duke lacrosse guys had their lives ruined by a women who falsely accused them. That may have happened in this case, we don't know yet.

My point is that not one person anywhere that I know of as denied him getting head from a 14yr old girl. Which is a felony. I realize her name isn't published, but how long have you lived in this town and when did you stop waiting on Santa?

I am not certain of anything except the that BRPD or EBRSO arrested and charged him... without sufficient evidence they would not arrest him.
Also -- no denial of any kind that I've seen that oral sex took place.... whether she was willing or not... it's a crime and I'm POSITIVE he knew that... so at a minimum he's not very smart.
No, of course not... but the rock he bought his wife tells me he KNEW he screwed up.... was it rape or consentual, IDK... but it was sex.. no denial. Also this is not the same... both were adults, albeit foolish adults (at least he was).
That case was more "entrapment" in my opinion.. but Kobe should have been smarter and walked away.turned it down, whatever.. thinking (or not) with the wrong head, I'd say.

Even if willing by her... a smarter reaction by him would have been to "just say no"... stupid of him... at a minimum and a criminal act no matter how you slice it in this case.
As for my certainty... yes I am CERTAIN beyond any doubt that IF a HS senior boy forced himself on my 14 year old daughter... that dude would have a hard time playing college football after I finished with him.

LSU football is a business and while it may suck for Mr. Hill this business can't wait for longer than Feb 2. Put aside guilt or innocence, there is a # crunch and someone with a cloud over his head like this may be a victim of said crunch. Sucks for him but it was at the very least a choice of his own.

I doubt he pressured her. She bragged about it on facebook. didn't claim to be "pressured" until mommy and daddy found out. So then it comes down to the fact that he got a BJ from some skank. Who gives a frick if she wasn't forced? They are schoolmates in the same social circles...
