I can't remember his name but has LSU dropped the Redemptorist RB charged with rape? If so, if he doesn't go to jail will he get a scholoarship offer?

Everthing is pending right now...may be a while before we know anything for sure. Right now, he's committed to LSU.

You can't remember his name but you can tell us where he went to school, the position he plays and what he was charged with. That's pretty good.

Its Jeremy Hill BTW

Probably will not sign on signing day with anyone until process goes through courts.

No other team's gonna touch him now. Was probably headed out of state anyway until this incident ruined that.

LSU doesn't have to comment either until he signs if ever.

When I was a senior in HS I got a BJ from a freshman.

I'm a bad person.

I graduated from a small school.... 52 people in my class... I can name 8 people that got a BJ from a fresh. or soph....one of them is my best friend and is married to her. What he did was the same thing a lot of us did in high school. Was it dumb, yes. was it anything close to rape, NO!!

No one said RAPE. But when you pressure a minor into preforming a sexual act against her will its fricked up and AGAINST THE LAW.

Well, yes many (me included) would say you are a bad person... but in J. Hill's case he and another boy forced the girl to go down on him/them.

As a father of a now 14 year old girl.... if a HS senior forced himself on her or into an "oral battery" situation... the LAW would be the least of that that dude's issues... b/c the sherrif's office would get to deal with this kid AFTER I was finished with him... and "simple battery" probably wouldn't describe what I'd probably do to him.... call me whatever... but TX law is pretty liberal on use of force on my propery... so the POS better not step on my lawn or he may not leave in one piece.

This is a crime, plain and simple...

I'm not ready to conclude that J Hill is a worthles POS... but I would NOT sign him or honor the letter of intent... IF he's exonorated in court and he wanted to walk on at LSU and earn a spot.. .maybe... but scholly papers at Feb. 2... no way man.

you should prolly learn more of the facts before coming in here flaming recruits about allegations that they havent been prosecuted for.

and the facts are she offered it up as a dare and he followed through, nobody here is saying it was a good decision and we can all agree he was in the wrong, but shut the frick up with he pressured her bullshite

In the laws eyes it's OK. You probably didn't make this girl do anything against her will. She was probably just a whore.

How do you know this? The article said "pressured" not forced. A poster came here and said that the girl was bragging about it before her parents found out then her story changed. No one on this board has any idea exactly what happened. So before a young man's life is completely ruined lets make sure this shite actually went down the way you make it out to be.
