In the 2003 case Texas v Lawrence, the US Supreme Court ruled that an anti-Sodomy Law in Texas (and other states) was unconstitutional. Sodomy laws in some states (not sure about La) included oral sex, even between married couple. So I ask you, prior to that SCOTUS ruling, would you consider a 30 y/old married man in Texas, getting a blow job from his 30 year old wife a "POS"? He was after all breaking the law.
If they forced her, then they should be pubished. She was harmed. If she was a willing participant, then 2 young men will have their lives ruined because a bunch of moral busy bodies want to tell other how to live. Who is really the POS, an 18 y/old having sex or the puritans that destroy lives for something that is non of their business?

Guess i'm a puritan that will keep destroying lives. An 18 year old putting his junk in the mouth of a 14 year old girl, voluntarily or not, is wrong. (unless in Mexico or Thailand)

No. If they are found guilty, and if their lives are "ruined" because of it, it will be because 2 adult males decided to take advantage of a 14 year old child. Even if she "willingly" participated, she was too young and immature BY LAW to make that decision.
Society has both the right and the responsibility to protect children, even from themselves. There is no corresponding responsibility to protect adult 18 year olds from their own bad decisions, although many on this board seem intent on doing so.
The most amazing thing to me is the number of people on this board, and similar boards over the past week, who want to excuse these 18 year old males as still kids at heart, while treating the 14 year old girl as an adult! That's arse Backwards for God's sake.

Just because something is BY LAW, does not make it just. The law is a blunt insturment. A "child" is poor definition in can apply to a person from age 1 to 16 or 17. A 14 year old HS freshman is not the same as a 10 year old girl. 18 y/old and 14 y/old having sex is not the same as a 38 y/old man molesting a 10 y/old girl. When you self rightous types pass laws that treat them the same, then I'm sorry, some one's life will be ruined for no good reason. Cases need to be judged on a case by case basis.

You make my point. In the world according to you, the mere fact that a young girl engages in sex makes her an adult for purposes of sex. But this "logic" would apply to 12 year olds as well, or even 8 year olds! There is no minimum age of consent. If a boy/man can convince a child to do it "willingly", no problem.

I don't even know what you mean by this. They are all in HS, they are only 4 years apart. If its consentual (a big if) it should not be a crime. The time and money wasted prosecuting and jailing these guys would not make children safer and i would argue makes them less safe since those resources could be spent finding actual child molesters or other criminals and not a couple of horny HS srs.

Contrary to what all of the psychologist on here have stated over the past few weeks, there are REASONS why the law is written specifying certain ages. For example if she was a couple of years younger he would be looking at 25 and hard labor irrespective of he "volunteering" to do it or not.
Ask yourself this, if you were being butt fricked by an 18 y/o boy or was forced to suck his dick and you were 14, then how would you feel? YOU DO NOT KNOW THE FACTS OF THIS CASE. Neither do I. Let the criminal justice system do its job.

this logic applies only if you are a moron and incapble of understanding there can be exceptions, like you know the age diffence between the 2.
There is a difference between kids having sex and adult sexual predators.
