as the legend goes, when rainey and devine were still in high school, they met in a wal-mart parking lot in the middle of the night and raced.

rainey won.

that's what I love. Nobody could arm tackle Trindon last year. They would hit him and his legs kept on moving.

I loved that too. I would always tell my friends how ridiculous it was that Trindon often had to be gang tackled by guys that we so much bigger than him.

no, the next race was between demps and rainey, which was on uf's campus (though for some reason they still raced in a parking lot)

rainey won that one too.

But that same legend has devine racing barefoot in the parking lot and not losing by much.

Does anyone know if we have offered Chuck Norris yet. I dont see why this guy isnt ranked a 5*. I wonder about those recruiting sites sometimes. I mean he is any easy top 100 talent.

I'm recruiting a kid in NCAA 09 that runs a 4.19, but he's a three star so i'll probably stop.

something seems fishy there
if he runs a 4.1 shouldnt he be at least 10 flat or faster?

You can't really correlate a direct ratio for 40s and 100s.

First of all, I think all 40 times are complete and utter BS until they are run at the combine. There are so many variables that I don't believe any.

According to track times, frosh-to-be Jeff Demps of UF has the fastest 100m time with a 10.01, narrowly ahead of Hollidays 10.02. (Demps run was +1.6m/s; Holliday's run was +1.8m/s).

A more accurate picture of a 40 would be the 60m, which is run indoors. Trindon has 6.54. I don't have a result for Demps on that race, but I would imagine TH is a bit better at this distance because of the two's running styles.
