Fastest Man Around

Most say Trindon Holliday is the fastest player in college football. Some say he is the fastest college football player ever. (Jim Rome is Burning)
Who here can think of anyone faster that has played in college. Also, how fast was Holliday's 40 in HS and is there another recruit that has even come close to that.

Jacoby's 40 time in high school is faster than trindon's in high school. I don't believe it's accurate though. Jacoby ran a 4.12 and a 4.18, might be slightly off, but they were both 4.1 something.
