Tips for building forearms?

So, one thing I've always been really insecure about is my forearms, I would love thick ones but is there even a way to do that? Or is it something that comes with building bigger arms in general?

Get some fat grips. It goes on the bar. Do some hanging pullups, hold some Dbs or the barbell.
After that you can any pull motion with the pronated grip.
Hammer curls and reverse curls.
I actually don't do any specific forearm work. I just go without straps as much as I can and lift heavy.

Yep heavy farmers walk and also a forearm roller. Rogue has a great one with a fat grip you can use at home. Use daily in the form of frequency method/grease the groove

Farmers Walk with heavy KBs or even just 45 pound plates (depending on how congested the KB area is) have greatly improved my grip strength. Very quickly too. Was getting frustrated with my deadlift. Back and legs were willing, grip wasn't able. Threw in Farmers walks and started noticing a difference pretty quickly.

Farmers carry for sure or just hang from a bar for max time.

wrist rollers forward and reverse rolling.

Reverse curls with straight bar. I usually do that at the end of my bicep workout with light weight and throw in a burnout set at the end

Stronger and muscular forearms can be attained via lifting.
Thick forearms are genetics.

Years ago I saw a video someone had on the workout routine that Bruce Lee had created for himself. One of the exercises he completed was raising his arms above his head and then making a fist as fast as he could for 45 seconds then resting for a minute, repeating this 5 times.
I do all the exercises that have been suggested, and by far this is the one that i feel is the best for definition and endurance.

I assume palms facing toward you like a chin-up is best?

30 mg of d bol everyday for 6 weeks and your forearms will get bigger. Don't forget your anti estrogen though!
I'm just joking op, PEDs are not the way to go.

Fun answer, add a climbing gym to your workout/fitness routine. I'm a tall guy with genetically skinny wrist, but when I was climbing at least one a week my forearms definitely benefited. And if you ever notice, most climbers are slender but many have great forearm development and amazing grip strength.
