There is a female personal trainer at my gym, and I very much enjoy watching her teach people squats.
Hope that helps.

I also am more than willing to help with macros but I'm not going to type out meal by meal. I'll give examples but not gonna spoon feed.
Oh I am not going to spoon feed. I will run macros and I will lay out a sample day usually. Workout program is easy for me as its just a copy and paste usually unless someone wants to fine tune certain areas.

I wasnt accusing you. I was just saying as I have had people from TD in the past ask me for it and when I just sent macros they got mad because they didnt want to have to look up recipes and figure things on their own.

The reason I ask is because my sister is a nutritionist but she says they mainly teach her medical diets and recomp. She can put together a fat loss diet but it won't be advanced as some online.
My trainer is a Nutritionist.

Once you have done that and kept at it for awhile, start upping the difficulty and complexity of your program. We are here to help.
Thanks

IMO a lot of trainers just try to use circuit training and weird exercises to make it seem like it's going to work faster but this is a life changing thing and hopefully not a quick fix.
To be honest, I have no clue what I'm doing with weights. I don't understand forms at this point and will be oblivious when I'm screwing up despite actually lifting the weights. I need to get that part down, which is why I need either a trainer or a partner in the gym.

Watch this series by Mark Rippetoe hosted by Art of Manliness. LINK
Next, you need to actually film yourself performing the exercises. You WILL feel funny but more often then not, the people laughing aren't going anywhere in life and you need not concern yourself with them. The advanced lifters will see that you are 1) in the gym and making some type of effort and 2) you are trying to work on form.
Also, watch a few advanced lifters and see how they compare to the videos you watch. You will notice slight issues but overall it's good. Don't be afraid to ask for assistance or just ask them to watch you for a couple of reps.
There is one thing that I have learned about people who lift heavy and train hard and those of who sit on a computer critiquing peoples form. That is learn the proper form and do not worry about form so strict that you inhibit progress by worrying about it so much. You will see chair critics breakdown form like it's nobodies business but when it is all said and done the people lifting those heavy weights are not perfect form but they have a good base and find what works for them.
Bottom line is to learn what it looks like, apply your knowledge and make sure glaring problems are addressed but don't worry about little stuff. Keep moving your intensity up according to your goals.

So update. I got lucky with a personal trainer. She lives in my apartment and has kept up with my diet. I haven't lost that much weight but I have gained exceptional muscle. I'm down 4 belt sizes since my original post here. I feel fricking invincible, and my upper body looks simply amazing from the slouch I was before.
She has done me well, and as a bonus I think she is beginning to hit on me. Got another month from the program she has me on, but I think I will be able to carry it out. I do feel almost invincible at this point, and I was highly insecure beforehand. It's fricking amazing.

Glad to hear it's going good. Consider yourself lucky.

The main reason people need or stay with trainers is they simply won't do the work on their own. Even trainers have trainers. It's a way to have accountability.
That being said, yeah it's waaaaay too easy to get certified. Many trainers just take a day or weekend course and all of a sudden they're a "professional". It's laughable. Especially doing something that has the potential to seriously injure you.
Just do your due diligence. Find out their background, experience, etc. If it's some housewife trying to make money on the side, or some gym bro with no proper education, then save your money.
