Who posted pics?

And do they look like shite compared to before?

I will say this, I’m in Hawaii for the week…gives me hope for humanity. Definitely lot less land whales than Florida pan handle

That's surprising considering the weight problems of most Samoans. The number of disgusting slobs I see since moving out west is no different than the south at this point. America is just fat af. I gotta move

Well I’m mainly in the resort areas and other high end areas. Still had some land whales but less than normally see on Florida beaches for sure

Most pharmacies here sell it for over a thousand per month. Where is this $250 per month?

I’m not sure where I said it was $250 a month. My wife was paying over $500 a month for Wegovy. Luckily now, my insurance is covering hers as well, but it took some hoops to jump through to get them to cover it.

BTW, I slipped under the 220 lb mark (219.5) the other morning. That’s 45 lbs in 12 weeks. My goal is 200 lbs.

You previously said it was 195. Why not try getting closer to the 175 lb mark, which is around what you should be?

175lbs with my structure maybe skin and bones. I’m a large framed guy (wide shoulders and chest). I’ll see when I get there. When I say 200lbs is my goal, 195 is in that range.

There's also nothing wrong with stopping at 200 for a while before deciding to diet down more later. Might actually make it easier to keep off

People always say stuff like that on here, but I know when my BMI is 27 I look fat.

I’m currently trying to get mine down to 23.

For some perspective, an A1C of 6.5 is an average blood sugar of 160. It’s good you’re working it down because blood sugars that high will cause you problems down the road.

Mate you should switch to a ketogenic diet now and get yourself weaned off of sugar.

Sparkling water is fun to drink you should get that instead of plain water

I like it, but it’s acidic so it’s bad for enamel like soda is.

Extremely overblown. There’s very little evidence that it’s bad for your teeth. The sugar in regular soda is what’s bad for your teeth.

****Update****

Got my labs back this morning!!!!!!

This is a three month result

A1C 5.6 (down from 6.8)
Blood glucose 93 (down from 163)
BP 120/75 (down from 155/90)

I’m down to about 217 lbs, from 265. This is the lightest I’ve weighed in 28 years.

Nothing in high levels. A few low levels. Actually my over all cholesterol is too low at 93 (down from 180) (LDL is good)

That’s awesome man. Keep it going! It feels great seeing all your stuff in normal limits. Were you on Bp/cholest meds before this? Able to get off now? It felt really good getting off my BP med
