There was a female politician that tried to become “Canada’s trump”. She wanted to prioritize Canadians and Canadian values. The media there gave her such hell and made so much fun of her that she moved all the way to Jacskon, MS.

I played golf (random pairing) with a couple from the Toronto area last year and they told me their kids live at home because they can’t afford their own place?...

You might actually find some decent rates from the dealers as their inventories are backing up. But I wouldn’t expect 1%.

I have friends who live out in the country. They have a 60s era modest home that they keep up well. Some of the surrounding neighbors have tons of junk stacked up in their yard. My friends would probably pay a few hundred bucks a year to ensure their drive in looked better....
