Lets talk about the protein farts.

So I've upped the protein intake over the past week and now literally after every meal my stomach starts grumbling and I get super gassy. Will this pass? (Well farts will pass but you know what I mean lol...

Mine were REAL bad when I used to do 2 scoops of protein after workouts, but I don't get them that bad now when I use 1 scoop. I also found that certain things I took in like him combined with the protein made it worse. It could actually be something your combining with it.

Well I do have yogurt in the morning, but im eating a shite ton of chicken right now.

Same for me. I have grilled chicken salad almost every night for dinner and also a serving of Greek yogurt with unsalted peanuts mixed in. I notice I get gas after the yogurt mostly.

Yeah im lucky I work in a lab thats loud and ventilated extremely well. Not to mention cold lol.

My piss smells different too on this all protein diet, definitely odd and noticeable.

Seriously, is it the protein or the dairy?
Whey jacks me up, so I quit it. I eat the same protein total from food but with no gas. I figured the gas was a sign my body wasn't exactly in love with the whey and I wasn't getting the desired benefits. Also with yogurt, I'd simply consider it a mild sensitivity.
FWIW, I did use Naked Goat goat whey for a few months with ZERO issues, but that stuff is pretty expensive.

Well it's definitely not the yogurt for me. I eat the dannon triple zero oikos greek yogurt and no problems. After I eat my first two servings of chicken for the day.

Its serious for me

Start drinking egg whites in the carton. You can clear out a warehouse with a fart.

If you're doing rfl or keto, that's probably ketones.
