Cauliflower rice with Asian sauces for a chicken stir fry type deal is something I like that is like 10-15 net carbs.

I rotate my proteins to keep me fresh - ground beef, chicken thighs, shrimp, tuna, steak, chuck roast, lamb chops.

I am a habitual weekend cheater, so I try and save good stuff for weekend to fool myself, usually smoke something - pork ribs, beef short ribs, brisket, pork butt,

Cauliflower rice is a staple during the week - i've made jambalaya, dirty rice, stuffed peppers, stir fry.

Miracle noodles - w/ Rao's red sauce w/ground beef, tossed in a keto pesto w/ chicken or shrimp, a thai style vermicelli bowl, stir fry etc

Love going with "bowls" similar to what Chipotle has - guac, chicken or steak, grilled veggies, salsa etc

Good old hamburger with lettuce or portobello mushroom buns

Big fan of roasted broccoli as a side - filling and not many calories. I do a modified version of the Girl and the Goat's recipe LINK

I am a water and coffee/espresso person during the week, the later with a small drip of heavy cream.

We will make a store run once every 3 days or so. Cook something, eat the leftovers. Im big on eggs once I break the fast around lunch, then whatever for dinner

Bacon, eggs, steaks, salami, pepperoni, and chicken breasts.

Oh, avacodos and pork rinds.

This pretty much covers me for the week, for all three meals. Throw in shrimp and smoked sausage on the weekends.

I'm typically in pretty good shape due to mountain biking, but work and beer fricked me up this past year. Loving doing Keto now though. Still cheat with beer two or three times week, but I'm not really overly concerned about it. Down 13 lbs in 3 weeks.

I do a modified version for when I'm going to ride 15+ miles. I'll carb load (50-60g) the night before, if I'm going on a morning ride. If I don't, I hit the wall about mile 12.

Oh, I drink water (around 200oz a day) and beer. Miller lite 3.2 carbs per 12oz. I know, it interrupts ketosis anyway...

My body seems to metabolize alcohol fairly quick. According to my strips, the only time I've been kicked out of ketosis was after drinking IPAs all night.

What strips are you using? Haven't gotten around to buying anything yet to see if I'm staying in ketosis mainly because I've read the strips are not too reliable.

Forgot to include avocado in my OP.

Rao's red sauce
GOAT store bought sauce, and all low carb

For me, it's ground beef. Usually 88% from Costco or 90% from Sams.

Whenever I see a good cut of meat on sale suitable for beef jerky (sirloin tip, flank, eye of round etc) I buy 2-3 lbs and make a batch.

Chicken Breast and chicken thighs. Usually buy boneless breast and both bone-in and boneless thighs,

Costco bacon. Eggs from wherever.
Joseph's Pitas.
Tumaro's Wraps if I can find them, otherwise LA Tortilla factory low carb tortillas

Halloumi Cheese bricks from Restaurant Depot. ~$4 for the same pack thats $11 at Whole Foods. Just cube up and pan fry.

Asparagus is my main vegetable, also mix in broccoli.

Trader Joe's riced cauliflower

Condiments:
G Hughes Sugar Free BBQ Sauce. Mustard. Buffalo Sauce. Hot sauce

Sweet tooth: Sugar-free Jello (off brand 24 pack from walmart), Halo Top pints Enlightened pints, Enlightened bars

Snacks: Parmesan Whisps, Bigs Sunflower Seeds Dill Flavor, Pistachios, Blue Diamond Almonds, Pumpkin Seeds from Costco, Pork Rinds

Beverages: Water, Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, Tullamore Dew

My shopping list is pretty much completely covered in here, just wanted to post some assurance to people on the fence about keto.

I have a MAJOR sweet tooth and I love anything with carbs so I was worried going in. Nearly a month in, this is the easiest meal plan I've ever used. I stay around 20g carbs per day and I'm getting lean with no strength loss.

These.

I have know idea exactly how accurate they are, but they do seem to scale pretty well when I have had a cheat day. I'm probably going to buy one of the breathalyzers when I find one that isn't ridiculously expensive.

Bus, remind me, where do you get the skin on pork belly when you make cracklings?

Restaurant Depot is the cheapest place to get them ($2.19-2.50/lb). I've also gotten them from Gourmet Butcher Block in Gretna (~$4 /lb) when I needed them for a party and RD was out.

What's the problem with MiO water enhancers? The ones I look for either have electrolytes or caffeine.

I rarely drink milk since starting keto, and by drink I mean I'll add it to my eggs to whisk better when making omelettes or what have you.

How do you incorporate heavy cream into your keto? Coffee? Whip it into a dessert? I would make alfredo if I could find some keto friendly pasta that doesn't taste like shite. Just trying to get some ideas since it's never been a component of any of my diets previously.

Creatine might be a placebo at this point but it's cheap enough to where I don't care.
MCT oil is something I've heard strong advocacy for by almost everyone I've discussed the keto diet with.
Niacin helps me sweat more during workouts and sometimes I'll take it before bed to get to sleep faster.
Got a free sample ZMAs and noticed a difference in my sleep, especially when I'm exhausted from working out the day before and need to wake up early but still feel the benefits of a good night's sleep.
What's wrong with fish oil? I don't get enough omega-3 fatty acids aside from eggs so it makes sense to me to supplement this.

Cello Whisps are so good. I saw they have other flavors on their website. Need to find. And renew my Costco membership.

I eat a lot of macadamia nuts & string cheese.

It's just colored, non-food garbage.

Well, if I want a little snack or energy boost, I'll just take a swig directly from the carton. But I also pour it over berries or other keto desserts as well as cooking it up with vegetables or keto pasta (I like the stuff they sell on Netrition.) Also, try to make some of this heavy cream yogurt yourself at home. It's great.

I don't really view that as a supplement. Rather, just eat/cook with coconut oil/cream and you'll do good.

Skeptical. No reason to take this.

If you don't eat actual fatty fish, then I can perhaps see taking some. However, I recommend just eating fish.
