Best program to prepare for boot camp

Trying to get my body in shape for possible boot camp style academy. Any suggestions?

Maybe p90x? It's very push-up and pull-up heavy.

Frequency method push-ups and pull-ups, lots of flutter kicks, sprints and 1-2 mile runs oh and burpees lots and lots of fricking burpees

PT for a job? Prob going to see some time of long duration run and body weight type activities. Train accordingly.

When I was in Air Force basic training we were only tested on pushups, situps and 1.5 mile run
