3 sets of 37, 3 times a day. I think this should not be an issue for anyone if the do 111 at breakfast lunch and dinner.

Then do 666 every other day.

Stop being such a buzz kill.

After attempting to see how many I can do in a row, Im happy to say I will be failing this challenge with a quickness.

So to make up for my impending failure I'll do a 10k sit up challenge alongside.

Going to do 50x7---allows me 2 and a bit days off for my brithday and the birthday hangover

Just remember, its 10k in the month, it doesnt matter how you do them. If youre insane, you could do them all in the last week and it would still count.

Like me, Im gettin between 150-200 right now. So, I know Im gonna be behind, but im hoping by week 3 I can make them up in the last 7-10 days and still hit the 10k mark for the month.

Its not a sprint, this is a month long job to the finish line.

I'll up date the post this afternoon and add the new people into the IN list. 2 Days, I am not prepared for this.

You're working the same muscles over and over, not giving them anytime to rest and recover.
Your body builds muscle by rebuilding it after it breaks down (like it does when you work out).

Stop being such a fricking pussy. That's for heavy duty weight training, not bodyweight pushups. If you workout and are not a soft marshmallowy POS, pushups everyday will benefit you.
