re: Thoughts on renting an RV to take to Disney World - Soda Popinski
We have camped at FW a few times with our camper and it is great. However, I would not go out of my way to rent a RV and stay there. Rent a cabin if you want to stay at the Fort. ...

Absolutely. If I feel a twinge in my knee or anywhere in my leg I'll shut it down for a week and just do some elliptical at the gym. ...

re: BR peeps - another day, another wreck on New Bridge Westbound - Soda Popinski
Of course it could be better, but it was very poorly planned
This is what I am talking about - what were people thinking 30 years ago? When the industrial expansion started taking place along the river a loop should have been waiting. My kids go to school at Sacred Heart so w...

There are a lot of good responses but also consider Color Wheel off of Sherwood. Both of my kids went though there and we loved the time there. [link=(http://www.cwlc.com/)]Color Wheel [/link] ...

re: Mattress Sugestions - Soda Popinski
Somebody on an old mattress thread mentioned they bought a Tuft & Needle mattress. I bought a king a few months ago and have been very happy. Can't beat the price - $600. Bought a $100 frame on Amazon. Full 10 year warranty. ...

re: 9th Annual CSAL 8th Grade Basketball Preseason Rankings - Soda Popinski
The poll seems awfully top heavy. I love the obscure reference to the 2006 Villanova team for the Baby Bears. A Randy Foye / Mike Nardi-esque back court would be huge but who is their Curtis Sumpter? For the record give me SGS over OLM. ...

re: Cajun Express Smoker - Soda Popinski
IF I was going to spend $1000 or more on a water smoker I would get a Backwoods Smoker
Amazingly I won this on a $5 raffle ticket. It seems to be pretty well insulated from the flame. I will check out the plate that separates it though, good point. The rack the meat sits on ...

re: Cajun Express Smoker - Soda Popinski
Interesting, does the meat take on the smokey flavor?
I find it did. There is a place to put wood chips at the bottom. I only had hickory chips at the house and used those. smoke doesn't come out of the chamber though. It is pressure sealed. Only the liquid "belches" to let th...

re: Cajun Express Smoker - Soda Popinski
I would agree with that. It advertises itself as a pressure cooker to reduce cooking times. It runs at a higher temp then a traditional smoker. (350) There is a bucket on the back end that "belches" water (or whatever liquid you want to use) back into the cooking chamber so the meat doesn't dry ...

re: Normal to be less passionate as we age? - Soda Popinski
This has happened to me. I am 35, 5 years ago I would be on Auburn's campus right now cracking open a cold one. Today, I am still in my pajamas and loving life and my morning with the kids. Definitely not a negatiger and I love Les and the team. In other words LSU - it's not you, it's me. ...

Don't forget to stop and get a "Cronut" - not at a country booth but in the permanent snack stand at the right of the entrance to the World Showcase. Everything we sampled was great. France and Africa stood out to me. Packed on the weekend. Try and go on a weeknight. ...

re: The SEC Network, What say you? - Soda Popinski
I watched some of the Finebaum simulcast the other day. I liked the part when PF was talking to I-Man and he let Jim from Tuscaloosa call in and call him names. Very original - never heard that one before. Seriously though - SECN needs the season to hurry up and start. ...
