Friend just bought a MSI 770GTX and is having driver unresponsive issues. Could it be caused by the power supply? 500W Power supply +3.3V@25A, +5V@20A, +12V@38A, -12V@0.8A, +5VSB@3A.

I would do a clean driver install with an older driver set, and if that didn't work, I would pour gas all over it and light it on fire.
