Yea I have done the same thing. No need to dispute. Just go on eBay and you can cancel the labels. Select a reason and after a week or two the USPS and Paypal will see that the labels were never used and issue you a refund.

I just watched the squaretrade drop test again:

Paid closer attention this time to the slow motion replay, and realized the Nexus 5 actually hit the testing apparatus on the way down, causing it to hit the pavement flat on its face rather than on its corner as intended.
that they didn't nullify the results based on that.
Still, I hate that it's $350/unsubsidized. It's obvious that it blows the other phones out of the water when looking at their outright unlocked prices, but I feel like the advantages of vanilla Android would be lost on me. I don't know. Y'all are making the decision difficult. My research (and the fact that I've just been a stubborn/apathetic iSheep all this time) is telling me there's no reason to spend the extra $150, but y'all worship the phone and actually have tested quite a few.
Same. I haven't used it in months and still rarely used it before that. I thought it would fill some gap between laptop and phone, but all it's really been to me is an iPhone that's easier on my eyes. I'm not really part of the apple ecosystem, so I don't know why I bought it, other than the fact that I wanted a tablet and was too impatient to wait for ASUS to release their next one (this was 2 years ago, pre-nexus).
