Someone posted a Support Lissandra guide on Reddit, I knew I should have bought her and tried her out.
I'm going to try it out as soon as I get some time to game again.
Also, I feel like this new gold income to supports might make AP mid champions much more viable as support in bot lane.

You can carry from the jungle in silver. I can usually keep up pretty close in cs to everyone but the adc.I play a bunch of nocturne and I focus on farming a lot and gank only when I have a good opportunity. If I'm not getting kills then I just build tanky, but if I get a couple of early kills and decent farm then I will build a bloodthirster or something and start raping carries. AD nocturne is so fun to play because if you have vision you can kill a carry anywhere on the map in like 2 seconds.

So whats the learning curve for this game? I have had it on the PC for awhile now, just could never commit to it. I am familiar with the game type I use to play Dota casually.

The learning curve is whatever you want it to be due to the leveling/matching system. You'll be way overmatched sometimes but overall its OK. Itll take a few months before you feel 100% comfortable, but you never stop learning.
