Ghosts gets tons of hate. From a gameplay standpoint i really enjoyed it. The maps lacked some as there really were not too many memorable maps (or atleast memorable as a good thing)
COD4 is basically a who's who of good maps
WaW had some good maps
MW2 is another who's who of good maps
BLOPS1 was an amazing set of maps
MW# and on saw a decline in map quality

Was nothing super new and I think graphically it looked pretty awful. I wasn't appalled by it but couldn't be bothered to play.

In hindsight Ghosts is much more my cup of tea than Advanced Warfare or BLOPS 3. Treyarch could do no wrong in my book and then BLOPS 3

Okay, the legacy edition coming with a remastered Cod MW is kinda the goat.

This series has been trash since Black Ops 1.
And really, MW2 and Black Ops 1 were flawed games in their own right, but at least they were fun.
Since then, the games just haven't been fun.

The hit detection in BLOPS was beyond terrible.

Blops had wind factor on bullets that lead to people thinking it was hit detention.

I recorded a clip but apparently never uploaded it, but after dying the kill-cam showed the guys spray was pretty much an arch about 5 feet about my head, left side to right, never coming close to me (as I was running sideways), but ever shot was a hit.

I wonder how many people will actually buy the edition that comes with CoD4 and immediately turn around and trade/sell Infinite Warfare. Unless... they fit both games onto the same disc/download file. Which would suck but I can't see them doing that.

I'm completely happy to shell out $80-100 for a COD: Modern Warfare edition if it contains an updated and remastered version of COD4. I'll mail them back the Modern Warfare: Infinite disc, they can keep it, resell it, or toss it for all i give a shite.

The more I think about it, it's either going to be on the same disc or they will include a separate disc in the package, making it impossible to just trade in or return Infinite Warfare on it's own.

the quick-scoping, wall running, jetpack spamming kiddos are going to have a BAD time in COD4. Hopefully it splits the fanbase: FPS players vs 12 year olds

I'm telling you it's not a given that this will just be a prettier version of COD4. I will laugh so hard if they just re-skin a recent version of COD, take out the jumping, and just add the old maps.

I hope they include all of the wondrous enchantments that the COD series has seen in the remastered COD 4. Can you imagine jet packing across the river on overgrown? Or shooting guys through walls on crash? I'm so excited.
