Lol fallout 4 looks like an anti remake. How the frick do you make a game look worse on next gen than it did on last gen?

im excited. played VII for hte first time 2 years ago and found it aged terribly. really detracted from the game for me. loved VIII way more

Heck yeah! Even if it is just a remake I'm still excited about this. The graphics did not hold up well over the years.
I really wish they would change the whole Cloud is screwed up in the head bit though.

that part was frickin awful
that and not knowing where to go because hte screen was so fricked up. i had to turn on those little arrows to see where i could move

To me that's one of the worst parts in any video game I've ever played. It adds absolutely nothing to the story, and kills the speed of the storyline. It builds speed all throughout and then just grinds to a halt. All so you can learn that cloud was not really who he thought he was.

By "play it first on PS4," I hope they mean it's coming out on Xbone at some point.

That's my feeling on the matter. I'll definitely pick it up eventually, but only after it gets into the $25 range. I just want Square to focus on creating a new single player experience on the level of 6-10. Hopefully 15 works out.

The reason I am excited about this remake is because I want to see what they do--how they recreate the ffvii world with modern engine and graphics. most remakes are just are skinning of the graphics, original models are there but with A fresh coat of paint. With ffvii they have to build everything up from the bottom. It's a reimagining of an old game. Atleast that is what I am hoping and expecting them to do. Think ffixv graphics, but for ffvii

One of the most beloved games ever is getting a remake, of course people are excited. The only thing bigger that Sony could have done was had Gabe come up and announce Half Life 3. That's literally it.

I imagine PC/X1 versions are later down the line. The time window is unknown. If you're interested in Japanese RPGs, you really don't have an excuse to wait though.
