I played a Titan and beat The Red War, but never any of the DLC. What should I do on my second run? Plan to play through from the beginning and do the DLC this time.

Hard to say at the moment. Titans are getting a pretty decent buff with the new update.
The current meta is definitely Warlock with the well of radiance, but it is believed it will be getting a decent nerf for shadowkeep.
I don't think anyone really has a feel for what the new dominant class is going to be.

Pretty sure they’re getting rid of the auto reload feature on lunafaction boots. Which of course I just got those not long ago after getting bitched at since the damn game came out for not having them

Yea they are getting rid of it. All the autoloading is going away, even with rally barricade.
They are wanting to eliminate the ability to just post up in a well and melt any boss.
