I stopped in Calandros this evening for the first time in awhile. Selection was up, I bought the only Rebel Yell 10 I saw. There was 1920, Taylor Single Barrel, they have a barrel select 9 year Dickle among other items...

Been a while gents. My wife got me a pretty cool old bar cart for Christmas this year. Finally got around to putting a few things on it for display.

Picked this up in Ponchatoula last night, hadn't seen it around lately so I figured might as well try it out now.

It was really good, I may grab another bottle if the shelves aren't cleared when I go grocery shopping this week.

Evening gents. 1PD. New barrel pick. Let's see how it compares to the Jessie Juice.

That looks like 15 OFBB. So damn good. Hokus Pocus pick ain't bad. Not Jessie Juice in my opinion. No floaties either. That was obvious as hell in a side by side comparison.

I got these at Miskelly in Mississippi. I think they're made in Mexico. Each one is unique and a bit different. They've got good, sturdy wooden shelves on the inside with enough height for the tall bottles like Willett and Smooth Ambler and such which is the best part for me.

That Willet's collection looks nice. Where you located? I'm coming drink! Haha. I'll take a pic of my cabinet I bought in a few. Still working on filling it up. I've got a ways to go to catch up with you.

All Dat Willett doe.

It's pretty freaking delicious. Biggest difference between the NCF and others is how weighty it is on the palate. Flavor profile is excellent, but overall I prefer the L&K.

Just north of Jackson, MS; welcome whenever. Whiskey is best enjoyed in company. Luckily , I had a decent Willett collection before the prices went crazy

Just started buying this, it really is fantastic for the price when you can find it.
