I am looking for that crunchy, light bread, that has tons of holes in the inside.

Never search for it, but I thought I remember Calvin's being thrown out as a location before.

Reisings or Poupart at Bet-R or any store, really.

I'm sure Leidenheimer can be found somewhere, not sure where.

Winn Dixie on Burbank and Lee has Reising's. I think Calvin's has Leidenheimer's.

Calandro's usually has Leidenheimer and Reising. I get it there a lot.

I've bought Reising from Alexander's as well.

Neither LeBlanc's or Harvest has it. They have something close, but more of a french bread.

I am looking for the bread that crunches when you tear it in half

Bet-R, Matherne's, Calandro's, Calvins's.

All of them will have at least Poupart and Reising.

Hell, Wal-Mart probably would too

Mathernes or Winn Dixie carry the correct NOLA brands, BetR carries a BR product whose name I forget when this question is asked, call them.

French bread starts to go stale the minute you pull it out of the oven. That being a fact of life is the reason for the item called pain perdu(French toast") in a French household.

My cousin.

Calandros on Seigan has it on Saturday for sure.

Could probably just buy a few loaves from Georges.

Though they are the ten inch pistolettes

What it means is "lost" to describe the French term for STALE. If you want I will send you my French ex-wifes e-mail address for you to find out the French opinion of the situation.
