I just started using flour. Jury is still out on weather I can tell the difference or not. It looks prettier in the beginning using flour.

Yes. I dust it lightly, then sauté in oil/butter blend until the flour begins to brown, remove from pan and make brown gravy, add onions and the liver back, reduce to a moderate simmer and cook with a lid until the onions are clear and the liver is tender. Use a lot of onions and some garlic, salt and pepper.

I like rice with mine. Whole kernel corn and yeast rolls are good too.

I dont eat it, but i heard that the key is to soak it in Milk for a few hours first.
