My go-to is WL Weller 12 or Eagle Rare. Cheap and delicious. More of a wheated bourbon guy. I enjoy some good scotch, though. I plowed through a bottle of Glenlivet 15 a few months ago. Right now we have Glenmorangie Lasanta and I enjoy it thoroughly. Not a big fan of the peaty scotches..
