You guys need to try a roast beef poboy at Bears in old Metairie. Think they are better than parkway or R&O

Duck confit at boucherie

Wayne's special at Radostas (veal parmegean dressed)

Bears under causeway sucks. They admitted to me the order frozen Sysco burger patties and don't use gulf shrimp. Plus their seafood poboys ften are extremely "fishy" taste

Since the thread title included "sandwich", I nominate the smoked ham sandwich from Gracious bakery: baguette w ham, cheddar pecan spread, pepper jelly, and sliced apple.

Only had the roast beef. Ate at R&O recently and was decent, but not the best in the city

R&Os special which is roast beef and ham. For sandwiches there are too many places to list that I love.
