For me, I'd have to say pepperoni.

Jeez, fermented foods covers LOTS of ground. Bread, hands down, for me. Followed by various cheeses, then dry cured meats. Saurkraut is a distant 53rd.

Besides for the obvious, I would go with labne and kombucha. Im obsessed with both. My dad is from Lebanon and makes a ton of labne for me once a month. I just get GT's green kombucha.
