Pollo Tropical, a Caribbean fast food chain....citrus marinated grilled chicken & pork, sides like plantains & beans/rice, yuca, etc. LINK

Agreed. Never seen an in & out slow before. I would agree its more of a regional chain though.

We have a Seasons 52 in Houston....I see more people at The Edward Jones branch next door than Seasons 52.

Chicago Dogs are sorta my new obsession. Went to a Chicago a couple weekend ago and hard Portillo's and I've had the Chicago dog at Dat Dog like 4 times since.

Not as good but still pretty good.
