Cooking in a competition in March and there is a miscellaneous category. Last year we did lobster stuffed ravioli and low and behold won first place. Need something different but good.

Not crazy but I have for years put a whole chicken in a pantyhose, tied the end then boiled. When done refrigerate until next day, debone and make a chicken salad that will make everyone forget about Calvin's.

Not crazy but we do frozen brussle sprouts for the soak. I can't stand them unless in a boil. I also put boudin in for the soak. Put it in a metal strainer immersed on top so it doesn't break apart.

Could have some pretty harmful toxins in the pantyhose.

Apparently, Martini is a immune.

I don't think I've had anything that hasn't been done before.

Artichokes
sausage
hot dogs
eggs
carrots
cauliflower
broccoli

Haven't had chicken or pork or beef.

not fancy, but once threw in some boneless country style pork ribs i wanted to get rid of. Thought they would be like shoe leather....they were REALLY tender and full of the seasoning. Would def try again.

I'll make a note of the said pantyhose toxins.

And drink some vodka to counteract them.

In all seriousness, you don't want to know. Neither do the guests that attended who weren't in on it.
