Where are you guys getting your fast food that's so much better?

No where, I try to eat as little fast food as possible when I can. Lots of good sit down options for burgers out there to if you have the time.

Well then you are comparing apples to oranges. Fast food places don't always have the luxury of time being on their side to give you the quality of a sit down place.

They have the best fast food breakfast (the biscuits are awesome and they use real eggs),

I am just saying a place like In n Out gets way too much praise for its eh food. You would think that place was better than good sit downs from some of the praise it gets.

Some people actually believe it is better. And while I wouldn't put it up against, say Company burger in NOLA, I believe it's a much better burger than McD's, BK, Wendy's or Sonic.

and whataburger is awesome.. Do Louisianians really not like whataburger??

I ate at Whataburger a couple times last January in Lufkin, Texas. Both times it was a fricking disgusting joke. Cannot find a single good thing to say about them.

I spoke to the who supposedly "bought the rights" or whatever, to build several Whataburgers in Baton Rouge area.

He built the one in Gonzales and says he lost his arse.

He didn't mention the one on Siegen and I had forgotten about it at the time.

I still see him from time to time, will have to ask him more about it.

Fayetteville got one, and it was nuts. They had to hire cops to direct traffic for a week after opening.

Really crazy thing about it is that was just for Bert.

I'd love to have one on every corner here in Houston. Or at least on corners that have accessible parking....

Just the basics. Cheeseburger, fries, coke.

I love the bacon avocado patty melt. That thing is on another level. I think they have some of the best fast food fries too, which is a big deal to me.

Not sure how they messed up on a cheeseburger and fries. Sounds like you might have just gone to a bad location.

Anybody ever eaten at a "Cookout?" Damn good burger for fast food. Tasted homemade.

True. Not all of them are well managed. If you go to a new one, it'll be better. Screw Lufkin haha

They should at least bring Krystal Burger to BR. They have them in NOLA. That would be a fine substitute
