Me and poppa Ham slaving over a big pot of jambalaya for all the ungrateful bastards in our family.

We are enjoying a Bloody Mary though.

Have a 12 lb pork butt on the smoker, doing that some jalapeno cream cheese stuffed bacon wrapped pork lions, boudin, potato salad

not sure what other sides, about to get on my FBD soon as well.

Keeping it simple today....weve got some friends and their 3yo twins coming over to hang out back and cook burgers and dogs and have a few brews while the kiddos hunt eggs.

Weather is fantastic, sun is blasting and the are putting out some great shade these days now that the leaves came in .

Gonna be a great day!

Going to the inlaws. Not sure what they having. Mawinlaw can throw down on some groceries though so it ought to be good.
