I have someone who enjoys me cooking for them, and I usually have them choose the dish, which is sort of a fun challenge for me. A while back they wanted lamb, so I went with a lamb marsala dish. I've never used it before and only used a little bit for that dish, so now I'm looking for uses, perhaps other than a sauce for veal, lamb or chicken marsala.

Any suggestions?

Are we talking about an indian garam masala spice mix, or
Marsala fortified wine? (I like both)

Marsala wine. I misspelled Marsala with Masala the first minute the thread was up before I corrected it. I to love Garam Masala, and use a lot of it, in dishes like smothered chicken.
