Old bay is the only answer, sprinkled on bugs in ice chest after being boiled in salted water.

I like the old bay but boiling in salted water makes them too salty for my book, plus salt is bad for your health

Seriously though when we boil we use Zatarains Liquid Crab boil and Swamp Dust.

I use Zat's liquid and regular powder, extra spicy once in a while. Not a huge pro boil fan. Too much celery flavor for my taste.

You need to try it with just cayenne and salt, liquid crab boil as well. If you want garlic and celery flavor add them raw. Cut some lemons and some onions...only if you want though. That's the beauty of starting simple, you can easily layer the flavors ,or not. If it's just guys I leave all that shite out and to be honest the crawfish taste better. Women love a low country boil though.
