I have no clue at all.

ETA: Its being grilled with some sort of dry rub. I've only had it fried.

I'd at least taste it if I were you. I'm not a huge fan. My theory on gator is that anything I cooked with gator would have been better with something else.

I've done it. It needs fat(butter), and I used some lemon and spice...I'll not miss it if I don't eat it again.

My thoughts exactly. That's why I don't plan on consuming any. I think I'll just go with onion rings or something basic.

Its decent blackened, but if they are just putting it on the grill then they are SOL. Whoever is cooking must be a dolt b/c if they had sense they would get some mayo, tomataos, shredded lettuce, oil, and some batter if you catch my drift.

Gator has a great flavor with some bite to it.

I know, I'm sorry.

Its a dry rub recipe I use for strip steaks... My idiot friend swears it'll be good. I don't believe it will translate well at all.

I'm sorry, but being born and raised in New Orleans, I can't enjoy eating a lizard. I tried it once, and the thought of eating a lizard turned me off.
