We have never been and just realized that we have a $50 gift card left over from Christmas. Headed there now so any input would be very helpful. I glanced at the menu briefly. How is the sushi? Anything particularly good that we should try?
Thanks in advance!

Combination Fried Rice is really good

I ate there recently and got a side of Shanghi Cucumbers. Those were tasty.

Orange Peel Beef is the best thing on the menu baw...

ETA: it's just fried meat with sauce, no vegetables. I also recommend the tempura fried green beans. Those are real nice...

Orange Peel and Lemon Peel anythings are good, Dan Dan Noodles, Pad Thai, Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Citrus Soy Poached Salmon,Chengdu Spiced Lamb, etc.. those Fried Green Beans and their hot mayo-ish sauce are great in house(but the panko grease will release/sog out on ride home if getting as to go order)..

Don't really care for PF Chang's Fried Rices..too generic..sorta really fat rice grain..not twice-fried enough imho.

Changs spicy chicken.

I got it for the first time in a year or so the other week. It was still very good, but the portion seemed awfully small.

Get the dinner for 2. It includes an appetizer, 2 soups, 2 entrees and a dessert. Around $50 I believe, great value. My favorites are the lettuce wraps, hot and sour soup, and Kung pao shrimp

Chang's Spicy Chicken

And surprisingly enough, the grilled tofu is really good also.

I went last week for the first time in a long time and got the Kung Pao chicken. It was always one of my favorites. I didn't even look at the menu, because I knew that was what I wanted. They added celery to the recipe. Wasn't the same at all, the addition of celery, as I assume to be used as a filler changed the flavor completely.
