I have never had Two Buck Chuck. How bad is it?
I've never had the cheapest stuff, but I've picked up some decent $6-$7 bottles of wine there. Now I'm far from a wine connoisseur, but it works for me.

For those of us not in the know, can you explain cookie butter?

I don't know what all is exactly in it, but it has ground up Speculoos cookies in it. I can't describe it, but it's not like anything I've ever tasted before. Once you eat a spoonful, you'll want more and more. They also have a different jar where it's cookie butter and cocoa, and another that's cookies n' cream. My favorite is the original. Just try it; you won't be disappointed.

A few more things I regularly get:
pizza dough balls (check the date though as they usually expire within a few days of being put out for sale)
pita chips
brown eggs
vanilla bean vanilla wafers (most of their cookies are pretty good)

I am not a fan. Looks like a jar of peanut butter. Same consistency. Tastes like graham cracker cookies.

Their pumpkin butter is good.

The two buck chuck is our daily dinner wine. We really enjoy it for what it is.
I also like that TJ has a bunch of low sugar or low calorie options. Lots of dips that are low fat too.

Buying frozen items from Trader Joe's is almost always better because they're usually less calories and sodium. Another thing I've noticed is seafood products are usually from the US.

I'm addicted to this stuff:

a headache from all the people mindlessly walking around buying subpar products
except their products are superior and very competitive pricing but yea what you said
look on an app like fooducate which compares products by ingredients and nutritional properties. Trader Joe's routinely best in class

I had always heard this regarding Trader Joe's, but didn't realize until the one in Metairie opened that it referred to wine and not cheap 80% ground beef. Oh well.

The hangover from that stuff is real.
