Making some chili cheese tots with some cheese sauce I'm making. Gonna have a salad until then
In the pot for the sauce: potatoes, carrots, onion, garlic and cashews... gonna add s&p, paprika, turmeric, mustard powder and nutritional yeast and blend it all together with a squeeze of lime. I season to taste... and the consistency is good for Mac and cheese or nachos/tacos type stuff.
