It's 105 here in southern Oregon, and I have the pleasure of being at an outdoor wedding at the moment.

I'm having a smoothie for now, and looking like chips and salsa in my future. Smoothie is greens, banana, acai packet, sun butter and frozen strawberries .

I did have to pick up the roast on the way here and bring it to the wedding. It had my car smelling real nice, until it spilled. Now I'm not sure how it'll smell in my carpet in a few hours.

Heating up a nice serving of lasagna. One of those dishes that I feel is better the day after it's prepared.

Hand pulled pork bbq platter, spicy slaw and beans. Sweet tea. (shouldn't mention the few Hi-Wire Bed of Nails I had at BB game this afternoon).

Kung Pao Chicken and mixed veggies from Panda Express

ETA: your shrimp look good Darla. I got my shrimp fix last night at Don's (shrimp dinner). You'd like it. Low carb!

It starts with a cup of shrimp gumbo, with rice on the side (which you can leave out).

Then the platter comes: fried shrimp, grilled shrimp, one big stuffed shrimp, shrimp au gratin, and another shrimp/cheese/bacon type of dish.

Didn't say it was low fat or low calorie!
