My nuptials are Saturday so some old friends who couldn't make the bachelor party are taking me out for dinner at Pat's of Henderson. Probably go with the crawfish dinner.

Wife wanted the "beef pasta" hamburger helper so I found a copycat recipe and substituted the beef for deer
Then I tossed a bunch of fresh spinach from the garden in it at the end.
Turned out pretty nice actually.

First time to Steamboat House tonight. Both ordered the 12oz, but I'm pretty sure those were 16oz.. finished with creme brulee on boudini's recommendation. Stuffed. In the background: Mac 'n Cheese with jumbo lump blue crab and smoked gouda cheese, garlic herb mashed and cheese cake. That horseradish was legit. Real nice.
