Crawfish boiled smoked sausage on a hot dog bun with yellow mustard and blue plate mayo mixed with some mashed up garlic also from the boil and topped off with homemade pickled cabbage.

An oyster poboy and fries at Hal and Mal's. The wife had A bowl of their shrimp gumbo and part of three tamales that she ordered.
