Barilla protein plus pasta (rotini shape) topped with an uncooked tomato sauce: tomatoes, capers, almonds, oregano, a,little garlic, some chile flakes puréed with a bit of EVOO. Freakin delicious, tried it for the first time and wil definitely make again.

And FWIW, the peaches I've picked up over the last week or two are hands down the best peaches I've ever had. I recommend grabbing a few if you can because they are ripe.

Decided on cheese shells instead of low carb tortillas. The combination is ok, but nothing to write home about.
