Yep. Not much to it. Recipie came from the old Magnolia Cafe on Sherwood (Capital City Grill bldg)

Stick of butter
1 diced white onion
2 cups flour
6 cups chicken stock
1/2 Gallon Half n Half
(Can add milk to adjust consistancy)
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Cayenne
1/2 Cup Parmeasean Cheese
2 lbs Shrimp
2 Cans Quartered Artichoke Hearts
Fresh Chopped Parsley (Ur Call)

Make a white roux... Add ingredients to blend... Simmer 20 min or so... Add shrimp to cook. Do not boil soup.

Serve w Saltines

Don't forget the tomato paste to cook with the mirepoix. Adds a great flavor.
