What a MLK Day!!! I woke up to my liver beside me on the nightstand from yesterday's crab and shrimp boil that also saw a meat grinding session of two deer. The wife says she woke up to a frat house scene this morning, but she's ok with an extra 100 pounds of meat in the freezer.

She has made tacos from the freshly ground venison and I will have a taco salad while detoxifying my innards for the week.
