You're already turning the turkey into something else? Sounds good.

I will probably choose among the leftovers. Ham and mac 'n cheese and snap beans with new potatoes. I'll save the turkey for another meal and the turkey gravy for my husband.

Roasted turkey, sweet potato casserole, green beans with bacon, crescent rolls, and pumpkin pie (store bought). It's just me and the kid. I just de-boned a turkey neck for the first time. It looked promising initially but was difficult to remove the meat and the yield was minimal. Will add it to the gravy.

Just left-over ham, green bean casserole, corn casserole, candied sweet potatoes, spaghetti and cheese and love for all!
