Pan fried semi thick pork rib chops from a farm, lady cream peas fresh picked yesterday and baked homegrown tomatoes with a seasoned panko parmesan garlic butter mixture on top. The pork chops are outstanding.

[/img]Gris Gris I have been baking a lot of tomatoes like that lately. Soo good. I have been coring them and stuffing the cavity with Italian bread crumbs mixed with shredded parm. Topping with basil leaves and fresh mozzarella. Sprinkle more of the bread crumb mix on top. I love them this way

Looks goodI Like a stuffed tomato margherita pizza style. Would be good with some fresh mozz for baked caprese style. I've done that a few times. Might throw some basil in the mix. I don't core them because I don't want to lose that juicy meaty inside of the tomato.

I don't make a wide core, maybe 3/4 inch wide. I don't loose much of the interior. I have a thin boning knife with about a 7/8 inch wide blade that works wonders for "tight" work.

No it is wood fired. We poor folks sometimes burn pinecones in it just so we can heat our porriage. I don't want a new glass top because I couldn't use my cast iron. I spent $600 on a basic electric. It works just fine. I don't need an OT Baller stove to cook.

Clams in a makeshift celery, onion, cilantro, lemon sofrito. No water.

They opened fine, and tasted very good. Pleasant surprise.

Some BS rockfish which was fresh according to Sprouts, broiled with a tomatillo sauce. Meh.

Green salad with feta and onion.

IPAs.

Vietnamese wings that were amazing.
Also got the $19 burger and it wasn't anywhere near LPG's level for $3 less.
