Leftover Chinese chicken from lunch. It wasn't particularly great the first time. Oh well.

PB&J
Probably the best dinner/supper listed in this thread as long as you have Jif peanut butter. Last week someone in the WFDT thread mentioned peanut butter and saltines. I love peanut butter and crackers.
Just seeing that I had peanut butter and crackers Friday for dinner and for lunch Sunday. Peanut butter is one of the best foods ever created.
BTW, I am having sliced brisket sandwiches with Miracle Whip and mustard on white bread. Tomorrow?, maybe PB&J sandwiches if I don't do the Popeye's Tuesday special.

Peanut butter and crackers is something I'll never forget from childhood.
Sometimes I throw grape jelly on pb and crackers when I don't have dessert in the house. It's a good little fix.

Never have done jelly on crackers, BUT I will admit that I have bought hamburger buns JUST to make PB&J sandwiches. They hold more peanut butter and a lot of jelly unlike regular bread.
I haven't done it in a while but I used to make pb&j sandwiches for desert.
One of the easiest and best foods in the world. I can eat peanut butter with a spoon right out of the jar.

I love peanut butter on it's own, but that is because it is savory that way. I am not a big PB&J fan, and I despise peanut butter with chocolate.
I eat PB out of the jar.. and I love PB toast. Just no sweets with it.

PBJ cracker sandwiches are terrific. I haven't had one in ages. Now, I'm craving them. I always thought they were a treat as a kid.

Lemon Basil Chicken, stuffed tortellini, potato salad.
I like the potato salad, not a Frankenstein salad with tons of crunchy shite in it.
